Your email address (to sign you in — we use passwordless magic links), and the wedding-planning data you enter: guests, budgets, tasks, vendors, photos. That's it. No trackers, no ad pixels, no analytics that identify you.
You, and anyone you explicitly invite to your planner (like your partner). Nobody else — not other customers, and not us in the ordinary course of business. Your workspace is isolated at the database level. Guests who RSVP through your link submit only their own reply, and only you can see it.
We never sell your data. We never share your guest list with vendors or advertisers. We never email your guests. Your wedding is not our marketing asset — that is the entire point of Planquil.
Data is stored with Supabase (database hosting) and served via Vercel, both reputable infrastructure providers, encrypted in transit.
Export everything to Excel anytime from inside the app. Want your account and data deleted? Email hello@planquil.com and it's done. If Planquil ever shuts down, you get six months' notice and full export.
